Partitions Beta 4 Ready

For those of you who are testing the plugin
Partitions you will want to be sure to "Check for
Updates" in the page inspector because we have just
pushed a new beta for everyone to test. This version
of Partitions corrects several bugs and also adds
quite a bit of new features that will surely make
everyone smile.
