Introducing a Brand New Theme ... Slider
October 21 2009 02:16 PM
We are very happy to release a brand new and unique
theme to the Rapidweaver community. The Slider theme
offers RapidWeaver users something that has not been
done before now .... a Slider effect in the header of
the theme. Using the EC containers 1-4 you can have 4
Slides in the header displaying images, content, or
both.
Of course the Slider theme comes with all of the usual page variations ... PLUS, we have totally re-thought the File Sharing page. All of a sudden the File Sharing page becomes very useful.
Here are some of the feature of the Slider theme:

New Theme Will Have A Cool Extra Feature
May 12 2009 07:06 AM
It has taken us a little longer than we anticipated
to wrap up our next theme for RapidWeaver. As it was
nearing completion I decided that it would be neat if
I could find a way to incorporate a RapidSearch search box
into the theme and eliminate the need of using a
Snippet. Well, it took us a little while to find
the proper way to do this but we finally found a
good way and have implemented into the theme.
All a user will have to do is create a RapidSearch page and follow 2 simple instructions and they will have a handy search box powered by RapidSearch with the ability to show or hide the search box on a "per page" basis.
This theme should be wrapped up in the next couple of days and released to the public shortly thereafter.

The Countdown Is On ....
April 29 2009 05:56 PM
The countdown is on for a brand new theme release
from RapidWeaver Themes. We have spent the last week
doing a ton of testing in all of the browsers to make
sure that we present a good quality theme. As always
when we do this we end up adding features, taking
features out, re-adding features, and on and on until
we are finally happy.
We are now in the last stages of building the DEMO site and adding a few Theme Styles to help make it easy for folks to get started. Then all we need to do is package everything up and make a few announcements and send out an e-mail to let everyone know.
So if you are a current or former customer of RWT then you can expect an e-mail in the next day or so ... otherwise check back here for more info.

New Theme Nearing Completion
April 12 2009 06:22 AM
We have just finished some initial testing on a new
theme for RapidWeaver and were very pleased with the
outcome except for just a couple of small issues with
the navigation bar that should be easily sorted. If
all goes according to plan then we should have
another brand new theme for RapidWeaver ready within
a couple of weeks.
You Have Been Aksing For It, So It Is Coming!
March 24 2009 06:59 AM
There have been many of you that have been asking for
a 3 column theme that had an all horizontal
navigation system. This way you could use both of the
sidebars without worrying about the sub-navigation
taking up much needed space that would otherwise be
used for content.
Well, we have been listening and are excited to tell you about the new H4 theme that will be ready for release very soon. You will be able to use the H4 theme much the same way that you use the H3 theme except that there will be no sub navigation in the sidebar it will be all horizontal navigation. (Similar in function to the Wall Street Journal Online Edition)
We still have a few tests to run but much of the code base is the same as the H3 theme so testing should be minimal.
I will keep everyone posted of the progress via our blog.

Headliner 3 ... Reborn!
March 19 2009 01:53 PM
Finally, we have released the all new and much
improved Headliner 3 theme for RapidWeaver. When the
H3 theme was first released 2 years ago it was the
only theme of its kind in that it allowed you to
insert content into 3 columns. However, as awesome as
the H3 theme was it did have its shortcomings and
users had to be very creative for H3 to reach its
full potential. In this version of H3 we wanted to
make things much easier for the end user and also to
provide much more flexibility. We feel that the
result will keep the Headliner 3 theme at the head of
the class for pretty good while.
Briefly the Headliner 3 theme includes:

Say Hello To "Buzz"
December 05 2008 10:24 PM
Several months ago I began building a theme for
RapidWeaver but was never able to release it to the
public simply because it needed to offer the user
more ways to add content that were presently
available to RapidWeaver. The theme just sort of sat
there in my theme drawer and I had wondered if I
would ever be able to finish it out. Then, within a
few days time we, along with some help from some
other developers (seyDesign and (((Bonsai Studio))) )
were able to develop a friendly and standards
compliant way of adding additional content to
RapidWeaver themes. I was so buzzed about this
progress that I pulled out that lonely old theme and
finished it off in a couple of days.
I decided "
Buzz
" would be an appropriate name for such a theme.
The
Buzz
theme is a 3 column masterpiece ... as you can tell we are very proud of this theme and very excited of the possibilities of how this theme will be used.
It makes use of
4
ExtraContent containers that you can use to insert text or any other content into. The extra containers are located:

Just click on the image below to see they type of theme that Buzz is ... then be sure to go by and visit the
